I am a citizen here and I am deeply concerned about the escalating violence over the past few days in my birth country, Iran. Personal and confirmed reports from family and social networks indicate widespread use of live ammunition against civilians and rapidly rising deaths across multiple cities. These are not social media claims, but direct accounts from relatives and close contacts inside Iran, suggesting mass violence far beyond official figures.

I urge you and the international community to act with urgency by:

1. Publicly supporting Iranian protesters and civil society and calling for an end to the Islamic regime’s repression.

2. Endorse Reza Pahlavi as a unifying transition figure toward a free, secular, and democratic Iran, with the final political system to be decided by Iranians through free and fair processes.

3. Not recognizing or promoting the MEK/PMOI or organizations led by Maryam Rajavi or MEK members, including the NCRI, as legitimate democratic alternatives.
